The JTS UF-40TB is a professional wideband UHF bodypack transmitter designed for use with the JTS UF-40 wireless system. Combining a compact aluminium alloy chassis with wideband RF performance and comprehensive control options, it is suitable for demanding live sound, theatre, presentation and installed applications.

Operating across a maximum bandwidth of 108 MHz, the UF-40TB provides between 2,400 and 3,000 selectable frequencies, depending on the configured frequency band. Fifteen preset groups offer up to 63 compatible channels, providing extensive flexibility when coordinating larger multi-channel wireless systems.

JTS REMOSET technology allows compatible receiver settings to be transferred wirelessly to the transmitter, simplifying frequency configuration and helping reduce setup time. Adjustable Low and High RF output power settings allow transmission power to be optimised for different operating environments.

The transmitter features an integrated LCD displaying group, channel, frequency, battery status, RF power, sensitivity, Device ID, user name and low-cut settings. Extensive onboard controls provide access to frequency, group, sensitivity, low-cut filtering, Device ID, REMOSET, RF power, display settings, key lock, mute and attenuation functions.

A locking function helps prevent accidental adjustment or RF interruption during use, making the UF-40TB well suited to professional performance environments where reliability is essential.

The 4-pin Mini XLR input allows the transmitter to be used with a wide range of compatible JTS headset, lavalier and instrument microphones. Power is provided by two AA NiMH rechargeable batteries, while the integrated slot-in charging design allows compatible rechargeable batteries to be charged without removing them from the transmitter.
