5 year extended warranty on FBT products

Every FBT speaker product comes with a standard 2-year limited warranty, which protects our customers in the unlikely event that a product should fail due to a manufacturing defect – it will be repaired under warranty. For additional peace of mind, we (FBT Audio UK) offer a free 3-year extended warranty (taking the total to 5 years) for those who sign up to our extended warranty programme for all FBT-branded speaker products purchased from an authorised UK partner after 1st January 2017.

Standard exclusions such as transport costs, misuse, fair wear and tear, or replacement of consumable parts are NOT covered.

Speaker drivers are NOT covered under warranty.

All you need to do is fill in the form within 90 days of your purchase. We will then email your certificate confirming your 5-year warranty. You must also upload a copy of your original proof of purchase receipt, as we need this to validate your purchase and activate the extended warranty. Please note that your warranty is also transferable if you decide to sell your product to a third party (the buyer must also keep a copy of your original purchase receipt).
