The StageCore CAT6DIST-4W5M is a passive 4-way XLR breakout box designed to simplify signal distribution across stages, venues, equipment racks and fixed installations.

Featuring four 5-pin male XLR chassis connectors, the breakout box enables up to four independent DMX or compatible analogue signals to be carried through a single shielded CAT cable. This reduces the need for multiple long XLR cable runs, helping to keep cabling cleaner, lighter and easier to manage.

Pins 1 to 3 of each 5-pin XLR connector are assigned, making the CAT6DIST-4W5M suitable for standard DMX connections that do not use the secondary data pair on pins 4 and 5.

The compact black enclosure can be positioned close to lighting controllers, distribution equipment, racks or other connected devices. When paired with a compatible StageCore breakout box at the opposite end, it creates a straightforward four-channel signal link using one CAT cable.

Its fully passive design requires no external power supply, making it a practical choice for live production, touring systems, equipment hire and permanent installations.
